How is this different from a dating site?
There is no public browsing, swiping or unsolicited messaging. Every member is verified, and you are only introduced to someone when our matching suggests strong compatibility — and you only talk once you both say yes.
How does matching work?
After your questionnaire and screening, our system compares your goals, values, lifestyle, age preferences and location with other verified members. Deal-breakers are firm filters. Our team oversees the process. Match availability varies and is never guaranteed.
What does verification involve?
Identity verification with a government-issued ID and the required safety and background checks. Members who don't complete verification are never matched.
What if I decline a match?
That's completely fine. The other person is not told why, the introduction does not count toward your quarterly limit, and we continue looking for your next potential match.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause matching at any time from your account. Contact us if you'd like to pause billing as well and we'll review your options.
What are the refund terms?
You can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Please see our Terms for the full cancellation and refund policy.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your answers are used only for matching. Profiles are never public, and personal email addresses and contact details are never shared before mutual acceptance.
